Your Impact & Responsibilities: Comprehensive Diagnostics: Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Clinical Excellence: Deliver evidence-based treatments and adjust protocols to meet the evolving needs of a diverse resident population. Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and supervision as a preceptor for affiliating student programs and CFY clinicians. Interdisciplinary Integration: Lead the conversation in Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Review (UR), and Rehabilitation meetings. Specialized Education: Conduct in-service training for facility staff and provide critical caregiver training for families during discharge planning. Requirements

  • Current, valid California SLP License in good standing.
