As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Reliant Healthcare Group you will: Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals who are just as passionate about communication as you are (SLP, SLP-A, SLP-CF) with a wider range experience and/or certifications (feeding/swallowing experience) Engage patients with fun, age-appropriate games and activities to keep them motivated and encourage client success! Make a real difference in the lives of our patients by encouraging them to find their voice and build meaningful connections with our families
Requirements
- Certification in Speech Language Pathology and valid state license to practice in Texas.
Responsibilities
- Performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results
- Developing goals appropriate to patients
- Creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans
- Documents patient care services and care coordination in an intuitive electronic medical record system.
