About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role requires strong clinical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements

• Active state SLP license (or pending at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Outpatient experience required
• Prior travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
