Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a wonderful elementary community in Salem, OR ! Position Overview: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students to identify communication disorders and develop targeted, evidence-based intervention plans. Develop and implement individualized goals within the IEP framework, participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated student support. Partner with teachers and families to provide strategies that support communication success within the natural learning environment, fostering both academic and social growth. Maintain precise documentation of student performance and adjust therapeutic approaches based on data-driven results to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid State of Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting with a strong understanding of early childhood and elementary development, including familiarity with the IEP process
