Join Our Team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPa)! Competitive pay up to $50 per hour based upon experience. W-2 position. What You’ll Do Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders Deliver services on-site in schools, building relationships with students, teachers, and educational teams Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals Support and supervise SLP-As Utilize evidence-based techniques to create measurable progress Maintain accurate documentation and uphold Missouri DESE qualification standards Continue growing through professional development Be available on-site two days per week What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Missouri SLP license ASHA CCCs Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention Passion for making a difference through connection, compassion, and communication What We Offer Competitive Pay up to $50/hour Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (available Day 1!) Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Missouri SLP license
ASHA CCCs
Experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders
Commitment to student-centered, school-based intervention
Passion for making a difference through connection, compassion, and communication

Responsibilities

Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
