You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care. Sorry, this is not a CF position. Responsibilities

evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
develop and implement effective treatment programs
establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment
provide counsel to patients and patients' families
create an accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
