The Speech Language Pathologist administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Current SLP license in the state of Georgia
Strong clinical, communication, and time management skills
Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

Home Health experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

Conducting focused one-on-one patient care
Patient/family teaching in the home setting
Administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence
