Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current state license/certification
• Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
• Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements

Nice To Haves

• Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with orders from the physician, through the use of therapeutic procedures designed to improve speech, language, swallowing and hearing disorders to overcome disabilities from a variety of causes
• work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Speech/Language Pathology
• provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care
