Requirements

• NJ School Certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
