About The Position
This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 13-week contract. This is an urgent need with increased rates, and there is potential for contract extension beyond 13 weeks. The OT will provide rehabilitation services focused on improving patients’ independence and functional abilities in a SNF or rehab setting.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical evaluation, care planning, and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or long-term care settings is preferred
