About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for an outpatient Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in (Location) Schedule: NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED! Full-Time - Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm Part-Time - Monday-Friday (at least 3 consistent days/week) Compensation: $44-$50/hour Comprehensive Benefits packages: Full-Time benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 22 days of PTO, paid CEUs, and more! Requirements

  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, required. (CCC-SLP)
  • Current BLS Certification (AHA)
  • 1-5 years of experience with young children and families, required.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results.
  • Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
