About The Position

PAM Health is hiring PRN Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) with a flexible schedule to care for a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire and commitment to learn. PAM Health specializes in caring for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care across its more than 80 hospital locations. The company emphasizes delivering compassionate care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients through collaborative team efforts.

Requirements

• SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides
• Current BLS certification required

Nice To Haves

• Prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn
• One year of clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care
• Planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health
• Involved in the further development of the services
