About The Position

Our Organization is partnering with a Baltimore school district to hire a passionate, student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current academic year. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for SLPs who are committed to helping students develop strong communication skills that support academic growth, social interaction, and confidence. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in this Baltimore, Maryland school-based role, you will conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and prepare compliant reports to inform individualized student support. You will develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while delivering direct therapy that targets articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication. Collaboration is key—you will work closely with classroom teachers and related service providers to integrate communication supports into daily instruction and partner with families to promote skill generalization beyond the classroom. Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines is an essential part of the role. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Active or eligible Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • The ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is a plus.

Responsibilities
