About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services to K–12 students in the Colorado Springs area. This is a full-time role supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs through assessment, therapy, and collaboration with educational teams. Limited travel between school sites may be required.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist License or ability to obtain prior to start
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Experience working with K–12 student populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative educational team

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings for speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
• Monitor, document, and report student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Maintain compliance with ASHA standards and state licensing requirements
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed
