About The Position
The Speech and Language Pathologist position is responsible for the direct implementation and collaboration of the assigned patients and will work closely with the behavior analyst to ensure that each patient in the agency receives quality therapeutic care. This role is a Full-Time position supporting clients on-site at our Jenks, OK clinic. Compensation: $75,000 annual salary + uncapped biweekly bonus potential. Flexible Options: We also offer part-time and hourly positions for qualified candidates seeking flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
- Unencumbered license to practice as issued by the Oklahoma state board
- Preferably at least three years of experience working directly with children diagnosed with Autism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments/evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Provide individual and group services
- Co-treat with other team members
- Consult with caregivers
