Currently, we are seeking an SLP that (A) loves the aging population and (B) has as least 15 weekday hours of availability between 9AM and 3PM. We will allow the hours to be broken up at the SLP's convenience. The SLP who accepts this position will manage their caseload and act as the leading provider of speech language pathology. Requirements

  • Current or eligible SLP license in the state of practice
  • ASHA accreditation or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
  • Help optimize functional self-care, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
  • Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
