How you’ll contribute A Speech Language Pathologist who excels in this role: Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language, and therapy needs. Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Requirements
- Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility preferred
