About The Position

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at EverTrue Luther Crest Senior Living in Allentown, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Therapy services provided by Symbria to begin April 1, 2026

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans
• Developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs
• Maintain productivity standards
• Complete required documentation
• Help your patients achieve critical outcomes
• Acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve
