The Speech Language Pathologist / SLP administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Requirements

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology / SLP
  • State of Tennessee license
  • Reliable transportation, current driver’s license and automobile insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of two (2) years of speech language therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conducting focused one-on-one patient care
  • Patient/family teaching in the home setting
  • Administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence
  • Performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
