About The Position

We are growing and looking for a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) who values autonomy, work‑life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. This role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work (your home + patient homes), and the ability to shape your caseload. We are primarily hiring for Tri‑Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10–20 hours/week, but full‑time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla. Very flexible and negotiable. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current WA SLP license
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Current AHA BLS
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in‑home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive‑communication needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families
  • Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings
  • Maintain clinical competency and best practices
