About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Early Intervention team in Chambersburg, PA and surrounding areas. The position offers flexible scheduling options including Part-Time & PRN opportunities, allowing therapists to work as little or as much as they'd like, with an openness to case build up to 5 hours/week. Compensation is flexible, ranging from $65–$75/hour, with negotiable rates. Service areas are flexible, with efforts to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home, including Chambersburg, Mercersburg, Shippensburg, or Waynesboro, PA areas. Session scheduling is also flexible, allowing therapists to create their own schedule based on their and their client's availability. Sessions are approximately 1-hour long, including therapy and documentation time on a company-provided laptop. This is a W2 position with part-time benefit packages. The role is ideal for therapists with full-time jobs, school-based staff, parents, or anyone seeking a change. Requirements

  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Speech Language Pathologist sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
