About The Position
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) help residents find their voice again, whether it’s expressing needs, holding conversations, or simply enjoying a meal. Through deep collaboration with the care team, they tailor treatment that restores vital connections between communication, identity, and quality of life.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in communication disorders from an accredited program
- Current state license and ASHA certification (as applicable)
- Successful completion of Clinical Fellowship Year
Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing function
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with physician directives
