What you'll do Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions Create and update patient-centered treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations Clinical opportunities available We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists across multiple specialties within our growing health system. All positions require: Montana SLP license or ability to obtain before start Post CFY experience - 2 years preferred CPR/BLS certification - provided at hire Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork Some roles may require driving; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Pediatric Outpatient & NICU Follow-Up Clinic (Kalispell): Ideal for clinicians passionate about early development and who have pediatric feeding and swallowing experience Minimum 2 years post CFY preferred CCC-SLP preferred Experience supporting premature infants and developmental milestones Inpatient NICU/PICU (Kalispell): Work with medically complex pediatric populations in a hospital setting. Two (2) years’ experience in pediatrics, PICU/NICU specialty area preferred. Ability to complete pediatric MBSS independently Comfortable treating infants through adolescents Adult Acute Care Inpatient (Kalispell): Perfect for clinicians who thrive in fast paced medical environments. Experience with medically complex diagnoses preferred Skilled in adult MBSS completion and interpretation Ability to manage varied caseloads across multiple diagnoses Adult Outpatient (openings in Kalispell and Whitefish): Great fit for clinicians who enjoy complex cases and specialty treatment areas. Experience with voice, airway, cough, concussion, or aphasia populations Comfort treating neurologic diagnoses such as stroke, Parkinson’s, ALS, or MS MBSS proficiency preferred Certifications such as VitalStim, LSVT, or AAC are desired Aural Rehab experience is a plus! Seasonal Acute Care and/or Outpatient (Kalispell): Short term 13-week assignment for experienced clinicians. Minimum 2 years SLP experience required Work across inpatient and outpatient settings Seasonal 15% differential plus bonus incentives available Skilled Nursing - Brendan House (Kalispell): Ideal for clinicians who value building meaningful patient relationships over time in a supportive therapy environment Provide therapy in a skilled nursing environment that offers resident-centered rehabilitative and long-term care We know great clinicians bring different strengths. Requirements
