Your Role As an SLP, you will play a key role in delivering effective and engaging therapy to children in both educational and clinical settings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Maryland or Washington, DC licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Passion for supporting children's communication development in a variety of settings.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing individualized therapy to help children meet their communication goals.
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Conducting evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing individualized treatment strategies.
  • Working in partnership with school staff to ensure continuity of services in academic environments.
  • Maintaining 23-25 billable hours per week, with a balanced caseload across school and clinic assignments.
