About The Position

You'll play a vital role in supporting students across our district, from PreK through 12th grade . This position involves a range of essential duties: Screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments. Providing direct services to students. Consultation with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Requirements

  • Experience working closely with general education teachers, special educators, parents, and paraprofessionals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with the administration and interpretation of a wide range of assessments and evaluation tools (required)
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Vermont Educational Licensure/Endorsement (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with various instructional approaches
  • Knowledge of assistive technology and training (an asset)
