About The Position

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to provide exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This full-time, school-based position in Tomball, TX, is open to both monolingual and bilingual candidates. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support students' communication needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs.
• Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
