About The Position

This position provides speech pathology services to physically disabled patients with a variety of communications disorders, demonstrating knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech Pathology required
• Minimum of one year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow required
• Must have certificate of clinical competence in Speech Pathology or eligible
• BLS must be obtained within 3 months of hire and maintained on a biannual basis

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and providing communications therapy
• Administering appropriate speech, language and cognitive protocols
• Evaluating and providing therapy for dysphagia
• Administering appropriate protocols
• Administering diagnostic evaluations and determining appropriate remediation
