Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists (must have CCCs).
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home health is a plus but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
  • Serve as a trusted partner in the community, helping your patients achieve vital outcomes.
