About The Position

Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate care and evidence-based therapy to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CA SLP license (or eligibility)
• CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform speech/language and swallowing assessments
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate residents, families, and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing logs
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and program development
