SPEECHCOM, INC is excited to announce a full-time, or part-time, position for a passionate and motivated speech and language pathologist or clinical fellow to join our Supportive and Collaborative School-Based Team in Elk Grove, California. Position Highlights Rate of Pay: $64-$74 per hour W2 (depending on experience) Immediate start & 2026-27 assignments Elementary School Caseload (1 school site) 8-hour Billable Days, Maximum 40 Billable hours/week About US We are seeking a speech and language pathologist or clinical fellow who is committed to student success, values collaboration, and thrives in a supportive environment. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- State of California License in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Fellows must have completed their Master's Program and have everything ready to apply for their temporary license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
- Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete IEP documentation and communicate effectively via email.
- Master's degree in speech pathology required.
- CA state-issued license as a speech pathologist required.
