About The Position

OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical & OhioHealth, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN position in Columbus, OH. This role offers a competitive pay of $50 per hour and a sign-on bonus of $2,500. Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
• Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment required.

Nice To Haves

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to patient needs and physician direction.
• Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs to facilitate effective return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, co-workers, and self regarding treatment and care.
• Perform other professional duties related to patient care, development of therapy services, and program delivery.
