HTS is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our teams at two highly-rated continuing care retirement communities located in Warren and Bluffton, IN. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short-term rehab, long term care and assisted living. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or qualifications to earn Indiana license.
• Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology.
• Pass the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam.
• Fulfill the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
