Requirements
- Licensed SLP or CFY eligible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to residents in a post-acute setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support patients in regaining communication and swallowing functions
- Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Receive mentorship and guidance if you're a CFY candidate
