About The Position

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Briarwood Continuing Care Retirement Community in Worcester, MA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
