About The Position

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Londonderry Village in Palmyra, PA is seeking its next employee-owner team member. We can consider either a Full Time SLP-CCC (30 hour or more) or Part Time status (20-29 hours 3-5 days per week but must be willing to work Mondays/Fridays for Part Time). Full Time role will qualify for a $1,500 Sign On Bonus.

Requirements

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Must hold CCC's.
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
• Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.
