Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
Florida Speech-Language Pathology License - or eligible to obtain

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills.
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment findings and student needs.
Provide direct intervention services to students with various communication disorders and delays.
Collaborate with educators to integrate speech and language goals into the academic curriculum.
Educate and empower students, families, and caregivers on techniques for improving communication and language skills.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
