About The Position

We are seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary-level students in a school setting. This role involves delivering speech and language services to children with diverse communication needs and collaborating with educational staff to support student success. School-based experience is preferred but not required. Candidates will be reviewed by the school team prior to final selection.
Schedule Details
Monday–Friday
8 hours per day
30-minute unpaid lunch
37.5 billable hours per week

Requirements

• Active Washington State Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
• ESA can be expedited if needed
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Ability to travel between students’ homes and other job-related locations during the workday

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based SLP experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged children
