Role Responsibilities Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, fostering collaboration and clinical excellence Mentor and support therapists and assistants, promoting professional growth and engagement Ensure efficient, patient-centered operations and regulatory compliance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans Oversee scheduling, documentation, productivity, and quality assurance Encourage innovative, evidence-based approaches to therapy and functional recovery Represent Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency’s mission and values through compassionate leadership
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred—or strong interest in developing leadership skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing or senior living settings
- Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
