About The Position

As a Speech Language Pathologist in an outpatient setting, you will have the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while enjoying a flexible schedule. This position allows you to work independently, create your own schedule, and market the clinic. You will be working in a supportive environment with higher functioning residents in assisted living and independent living settings. The job offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, and no evenings or weekends.

Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient settings is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with seniors in assisted living or independent living environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to residents in an outpatient setting.
• Create and manage your own schedule.
• Market the clinic and promote services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
