Requirements

• Must hold a Speech Language Pathologist license issued through the Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
• Experience working with students with speech and language disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a school setting.
• Knowledge of current speech and language therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Assess students' speech and language abilities and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
