Position Overview: Deliver specialized speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student population, focusing on immediate therapeutic needs to successfully conclude the academic year. Facilitate and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders, translating data into actionable classroom strategies. Partner with teachers and families to implement supportive environments and provide training on assistive communication tools.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement

Nice To Haves

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Preferred)
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
