About The Position

HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the Speech Therapy team in a full time capacity. Ideal candidates will be prepared to evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and execute on treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care. Responsibilities include delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, serving as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and self-professional advancement. The role also involves performing other professional duties associated with patient care, development of therapy program services, and engagement and development of interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

  • Graduate (e.g., master's or doctorate) from an accredited program meeting licensure requirements in the state of practice
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required
  • 0+ years of experience

Responsibilities
