About The Position

Monument Health of Bountiful is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team at TMC, a therapy provider that offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long-term care providers. Requirements

• Masters Degree in an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current license/certification in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in individuals with communication impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Assess the need for and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems and devices.
• Evaluate and treat swallowing disorders (dysphagia) through clinical assessments and therapeutic exercises.
