Currently, we provide virtual and in-person mental health services, including comprehensive evaluations, medication-management and therapy, across Pennsylvania and Virginia with plans to expand to new markets in 2025. Under the direction of the Director of Rehabilitation Services, the Speech-Language Pathologist efficiently and accurately provides evidence-based speech and language evaluations and therapy. Through collaboration with other specialty providers, this position determines and creates appropriate treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients. Requirements

• Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• At least two years of experience providing speech and language services to clients, preferably in a clinical setting, with experience in telehealth

Responsibilities

• Complete a set number (minimum 4 per week) of 90-minute evaluations (direct clinical service) with 30-minute documentation time (non-direct clinical service)
• Identify candidates for short-term intensive SLP treatment programs and complete 30 minute treatment sessions
• Attend team meetings (Approximately 1 hour per week)
• Maintain a clinical schedule including a combination of morning and evening evaluation times (8-10 am and 3-7 pm) and weekday/weekend availability
