The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring developing clinicians, fostering clinical excellence, and driving positive outcomes for children and families. Supervision of SLP Assistants and Clinical Fellows (maximum of 2) is included. ---------------------------------------- THE CLINICAL MANAGER PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC EVALUATIONS FOR CHILDREN REFERRED WITH SPEECH, LANGUAGE, HEARING, OR SWALLOWING CONCERNS. WITH PHYSICIAN APPROVAL, THE CL DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS INDIVIDUALIZED TREATMENT PLANS TO HELP EACH CHILD REACH THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL FOR COMMUNICATION AND INDEPENDENCE. Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year plus at least one additional year as a CCC-SLP
  • Active North Carolina SLP license
  • Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience treating pediatric and adolescent populations
  • CPR certification for all ages
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word preferred)
  • Passion for mentoring, leadership, and clinical excellence
