Requirements

  • Holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or will soon!)
  • Has passed the MTEL & Praxis Exams
  • Is eligible (or in the process) for a Massachusetts DESE Educator License
  • Is excited about traveling between work locations
  • Is committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve

Responsibilities

  • Apply the knowledge and skills you’ve learned in graduate school to provide top-notch speech & language therapy tailored to each client’s needs
  • Operate independently under the guidance of a Clinical Fellow Supervisor
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay ahead in your field
  • Conduct clinical evaluations and create treatment plans based on best practices
  • Design and implement personalized treatment programs that consider the client’s diagnosis and environment
  • Teach clients and caregivers therapeutic techniques to maximize clinical success
