Requirements

  • A graduate with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship is required by ASHA
  • Active or pending licensure in Washington, DC, and/or Maryland
  • A sincere passion for working with children and a drive to grow as a clinician
  • Professional communication, organization, and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging speech and language therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs
  • Conducting assessments under supervision and contributing to evaluation reports
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support communication goals
  • Participating in supervision meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Completing all required documentation, including SOAP notes, within agency timelines
  • Managing your weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable client hours
