About The Position
ISO Workforce Alliance partners with local schools across California to provide high-quality educational and clinical support services. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students at school sites in the Inglewood area .
Requirements
- Active California SLPA License (required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work independently
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping students

Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support and implement treatment plans aligned with student goals
- Assist with screenings, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation
- Maintain detailed and accurate service logs
- Work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school teams
- Support students’ communication, social, and academic development
