Under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), provide direct speech and language services for individual students and specialized small groups as indicated on their IEPs. Under the guidance of a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), provide small group instruction in social skills. Demonstrate knowledge of assistive technology and augmentative communication. Communicate student progress to SLP and other school personnel. Deliver effective instruction and fulfill all professional responsibilities Willingness to be trained in and use positive behavior support strategies. Complete any other duty or assignments as directed by the Director of Special Education/ESY Coordinator
