About The Position

Under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist, provides evaluation and treatment for communication disorders. Kaiser Permanente conducts compensation reviews of positions on a routine basis. At any time, Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to reevaluate and change job descriptions, or to change such positions from salaried to hourly pay status. Responsibilities

• Provides assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders for both adult and pediatric populations.
• Administers diagnostic tests and implements appropriate treatments.
• Advises physicians and patients of test results.
• Trains for competency on performing videofluroscopic swallow studies.
